Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and excellent customer service while managing shift operations. Key responsibilities include achieving 100% customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with food safety and labor regulations, leading the restaurant team by serving as a role model and problem-solver, and managing business aspects such as food cost and employee productivity. Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably one year of restaurant experience, along with necessary certifications in food safety.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications

- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
