Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and exceptional customer service while overseeing shift operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, managing the restaurant team, maintaining compliance with food safety and company standards, and efficiently managing labor and food costs. The role requires effective communication, resolving guest complaints, and supporting team members in achieving performance goals. A high school diploma and prior restaurant experience are preferred, along with necessary certifications in food safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for driving positions
