Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and excellent customer service while managing shifts in the restaurant. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining safety and satisfaction, and collaborating with the team to achieve operational goals. Candidates should have strong customer relationships, support compliance with food safety standards, and demonstrate personal effectiveness. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with Shift Manager and food safety certifications, and at least one year of restaurant experience.

Desired Qualifications

- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
