Job Summary
This role requires providing leadership and delivering great customer service while managing restaurant operations. Responsibilities include successfully executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, leading the restaurant team by setting performance standards and providing feedback, and ensuring food safety and quality. Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least one year of restaurant experience, and managerial certifications including food safety. The position demands excellent organizational skills, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
Required Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
