Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for leadership and delivering excellent customer service while managing restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The Shift Manager also leads the restaurant team by providing training and feedback, managing business operations including product preparation and cost control, and maintaining effective communication with both team members and management. Candidates should have a minimum of high school education, one year of restaurant experience, and must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving

- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
