Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and ensuring great customer service while managing operational goals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role includes executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining product safety and quality, and managing employee performance. The Shift Manager also oversees compliance with food safety and labor laws, facilitates effective communication among the restaurant team, and collaborates on business needs and marketing programs. A High School diploma is preferred, along with shift management experience and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certification
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- One year Restaurant experience preferred
