Job Summary
As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership and operational responsibility during shifts, ensuring great customer service and 100% compliance with company and government regulations. Key responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining a clean and ordered restaurant environment, leading the restaurant team through effective communication and conflict resolution, managing product preparation to meet company standards, ensuring safety and security compliance, and assisting in employee labor management and marketing programs. Applicants should have a minimum of one year restaurant experience and possess food safety certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience
- Must be 18 years of age
- Shift Manager certified
