Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service while managing shifts of the restaurant. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with food safety and company standards. Lead the restaurant team by serving as a role model, assisting in team performance standards, and facilitating teamwork. Manage business operations by ensuring product quality, overseeing equipment maintenance, managing employee labor, and executing marketing programs. Maintain certification in food safety and be accessible for crew members. Skills required include collaboration, organization, personal effectiveness, and a professional focus.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
