Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for leading the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service, compliance with food safety regulations, and operational efficiency. Duties include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, managing employee performance, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The role requires effective communication, conflict resolution skills, and compliance with company standards. A high school diploma or equivalent, prior restaurant management experience, and food safety certification are preferred.
