Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for leading a restaurant team and ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence during shifts. The role involves executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties include managing food preparation, ensuring compliance with food and safety regulations, maintaining equipment, and managing employee labor in accordance with labor laws. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant restaurant experience, and necessary certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
