Job Summary
Lead shift teams and manage restaurant operations as Shift Manager for Burger King in Mauldin. Responsibilities include assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing), training and giving feedback, controlling food costs, labor, waste, and cash on shift, delivering hospitality and a best-in-class guest experience, upholding food safety and labor standards, and embodying a people-first culture.
