Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service while managing shift operations in a restaurant setting. Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with food safety and company regulations. Execute service goals, resolve guest complaints swiftly, and maintain a clean and orderly environment. Lead the restaurant team by modeling company standards, assisting with performance management, and facilitating communication. Oversee food preparation, equipment maintenance, and manage labor and food costs within compliance of labor laws. Maintain food safety and sanitation certifications and support management in achieving business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Desired Qualifications
- One year restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
