Job Summary
The Shift Manager role involves providing leadership and exceptional customer service while running shifts in a restaurant environment. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining a clean and orderly appearance, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests. This position requires supporting and guiding team members, managing restaurant operations and compliance with food safety and company standards, and assisting in employee labor management and food cost control. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a food safety certification, along with reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Restaurant Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
