Job Summary
Provide leadership and excellent customer service while maintaining operational responsibility in a shift manager role. Ensure compliance with company and government regulations, oversee restaurant team performance, and execute customer service goals efficiently. Manage business operations to meet food safety, sanitation standards, and maintain productivity. Foster teamwork and a positive work environment while resolving guest complaints and coordinating employee activities. Maintain effective communication with the management team and uphold company asset integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
