Job Summary
As a Shift Manager, you will lead the restaurant team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, managing employee labor, and resolving guest complaints effectively. You will be responsible for product preparation, maintenance of restaurant equipment, and supporting marketing programs. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma, have at least one year of restaurant experience, be at least 18 years old, and have the necessary certifications in food safety.
Required Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
