Job Summary
Lead a restaurant shift by providing excellent customer service and operational responsibility. Responsibilities include achieving customer satisfaction and compliance with Company and government regulations, managing employee labor and food costs, and ensuring compliance with food safety programs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of restaurant experience, and be at least 18 years old. Food safety certification and reliable transportation are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Restaurant Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
