Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and excellent customer service while running shifts at the restaurant. Key responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing safety and compliance with food and safety regulations, leading the restaurant team, and maintaining product quality. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and have certification in food safety. One year of restaurant experience with proven leadership ability is preferred.
