Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and exceptional customer service while ensuring operational standards are met during their shift. Key responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, managing and training restaurant staff, maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and handling customer complaints effectively. Candidates should have at least one year of restaurant experience with proven leadership capabilities and must possess relevant certifications for food safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- valid driver's license
- driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
