Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service while managing restaurant operations as a Shift Manager. Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, compliance with food safety regulations, and overseeing the restaurant team. Train and support crew members, manage food costs, and ensure proper product preparation. Maintain effective relationships with team and customers while demonstrating professional focus and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Shift Manager certified. Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Restaurant Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
