Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and excellent customer service during shifts. Key responsibilities include ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and compliance with food and safety regulations, executing speed of service goals, leading and training the restaurant team, managing business operations to ensure quality and safety, and maintaining employee productivity and labor compliance. The candidate must be certified as a Shift Manager, possess food safety certifications as required, and have reliability in transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
- Must be 18 years of age.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license.
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
