Job Summary
Responsible for managing shifts to ensure exceptional customer service and compliance with company and government regulations. Key responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a friendly work environment. Leads the restaurant team by setting goals, providing feedback, and facilitating conflict resolution. Manages business operations by ensuring product quality and safety, maintaining equipment, and executing marketing programs. Requires strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with team members and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certification
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
