Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for providing leadership and exceptional customer service during shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety and operational standards. Key responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, leading the restaurant team, managing business operations to ensure product quality and safety, and maintaining compliance with food safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, food safety certification, and at least one year of restaurant experience with proven leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications

- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance
