Job Summary
Lead a restaurant shift by ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations while managing team performance. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining clean and orderly team appearance, and ensuring safe delivery of quality products. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving such as District Manager, Area Training Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certification
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
