Job Summary
Provide leadership and customer service while managing shifts in a restaurant setting. Responsibilities include achieving customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, executing speed of service goals, and managing product preparation according to standards. The Shift Manager acts as a role model for the restaurant team, assists in conflict resolution, maintains safety and security, and ensures proper training and productivity within the team. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, shift manager certification, food safety certification, and one year of restaurant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
