Job Summary
Direct daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, team, and inventory management. Perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders while maintaining high standards for food quality and safety. Work real work/life hours with most locations operating from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
