Job Summary
Direct daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, team, and inventory management. Perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders while directing shift activities. Work real work/life hours with most locations opening at 11:00 am and closing at 10:00 pm. Earn $16.00/hour plus tips, bonuses, and secret shopper incentives. Join a team focused on food quality and safety with plans to open over 1,000 new locations across North America.
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred
