Job Summary
Direct the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintenance. Perform all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders while managing team and inventory. Work real work/life hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm with no drive-thrus. Earn $17.00/hour plus tips, bonus, and secret shopper incentives. Enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and free meals.
