Job Summary
Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence, performing all Crew Member and Shift Leader duties while ensuring compliance with product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, and inventory standards. Manage team performance, enforce high food safety and quality standards, and maintain clean restaurant environments during shifts operating from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. Eligible for Secret Shopper bonuses based on weekly visit results. Requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
