Job Summary
Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager's absence, including directing crew members, ensuring compliance with product prep and delivery standards, managing customer relations, and overseeing team and inventory. Perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders while maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and restaurant maintenance. Work real work/life hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm at locations without drive-thrus. Earn $17.00/hour plus tips, bonuses from the Secret Shopper program, and free meals.
