Job Summary
Skilled Shift Fitter responsible for both proactive and reactive maintenance at Poplars AD Plant, delivering planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, supporting installations and improvements, driving plant reliability and uptime, coordinating contractor activities, and upholding health, safety and environmental standards. Collaborates with operations to minimise downtime and contributes to root cause analyses and preventative maintenance programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Fitter role
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced process, manufacturing, waste, water or industrial environment
- Understanding of planned preventative maintenance principles
