Job Summary
Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the plant, diagnose faults quickly, and carry out effective repairs while supporting installation work and equipment improvements. Drive plant reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement by working closely with operations teams to minimise downtime and coordinating specialist maintenance activities with contractors. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance while supporting preventative maintenance programmes and root cause analysis. Report to the Shift Supervisor in a fast-paced anaerobic digestion facility where you will prioritise breakdowns to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Fitter role
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced process, manufacturing, waste, water or industrial environment
- Understanding of planned preventative maintenance principles
- Ability to prioritise and respond effectively to breakdowns
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification preferred
