Job Summary
Execute cash management duties using POS and Shift Reports, manage inventory levels to minimize loss, and ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and organized. Lead a team without supervision by communicating and training members on quality standards while professionally responding to customer concerns. Perform all restaurant positions including pizza delivery, operate phones and computers, and maintain assets by complying with safety and security standards. Requires reliable transportation and ability to lift 50lbs. Work as a hard-working, team-oriented leader fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to lead a team with no supervision and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun
- Ability to work with phones, computers, fax machines and copiers
- Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery
