Job Summary
Shift Leader at Wingstop responsible for directing daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence, ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, inventory control, safety, and financial accountability. Key duties include managing guest service, controlling waste and payroll, opening/closing the restaurant, receiving deliveries, placing orders with vendors, maintaining the Operations Manual, performing regular line checks and taste tests, ensuring proper time/temperature control, keeping the dining area clean and safe, addressing guest issues, promoting Wingstop brand and enforcing policies, and supporting other brand partners as needed. Requires leadership, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to influence profitability through operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in restaurant operations or leadership roles preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Ability to teach others and lead teams
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
