Job Summary
Shift Leader to supervise Wingstop shift, ensuring food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include performing duties of a crew member, delivering outstanding guest service, training new staff, managing inventory and staffing, enforcing policies, managing opening/closing, coordinating breaks, handling cash, and maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; role entails working a long shift with potential overtime managed by the GM.
