Shift Leader

Supervise shift operations to ensure food safety, product preparation, cleanliness, and inventory control standards are maintained. Schedule and supervise staff as needed while performing all Sandwich Artist® tasks and responsibilities. Train newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists® on their duties. Inspect equipment and storage facilities throughout the shift to verify proper working order. Execute paperwork duties as required. Exceptional customer service remains a major component of this role.
