Job Summary
Shift Leader at SEOULSPICE supports the General Manager, supervises team during shifts, upholds operational standards and food safety, helps maintain food quality and customer service, trains and develops staff, fosters a welcoming culture, and contributes to restaurant goals. Requires ServSafe and managerial certifications, 1 year restaurant management (or 2+ years US military), evening/weekend availability, and a genuine interest in Korean culture and cuisine. Compensation up to $48,000 annually with weekly pay, plus benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Genuine interest in Korean culture and cuisine
- 1 year restaurant management experience OR 2+ years of US Military service
- Current ServSafe certification and all necessary managerial certifications as required by the Department of Health in the operating region (e.g., food manager certification)
- Evening and weekend availability
- Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to any situation with positivity and confidence
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example
- Driven to uphold core values and high standards of food quality and customer service
