Job Summary
Welcome guests at arrival, manage check-in and check-out processes, and escort guests to rooms or tables while handling luggage. Verify room readiness before arrival, coordinate room and table bookings, and process payments and financial transactions. Assist guests with inquiries, provide information on local attractions and dining options, and prioritize VIP needs. Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service. Actively promote hotel facilities and events to drive revenue. This role requires at least two years of hotel reception or restaurant experience, relevant training, and fluent English. Start as a contract position from September 2026 with a rolling schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Minst 2 års erfarenhet av reception och restaurangdrift inom hotellbranschen eller liknande
- Relevant utbildning inom hotell- och restaurangbranschen
- Utmärkta kommunikationsförmågor och kundservicefärdigheter
- God engelska i tal och skrift
- God förmåga att hantera stressiga situationer och flertalet uppgifter samtidigt
- Stark känsla för detaljer och hög grad av noggrannhet
