Job Summary
Manage daily shift and restaurant operations covering food, labor, and cash while training and coaching your team to deliver farm-fresh food and a great customer experience. You will oversee FOH and BOH functions, apply core leadership competencies from the Farmer Boys Management Competency Model, and utilize provided online and hands-on management training courses. The role requires standing and walking approximately 99% of the time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and presenting a State or County mandated Food Handler Card. Flexible work schedules are available for full-time or part-time candidates.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- Able to pass a background security check
- Able to read, speak, take direction and comprehend written instructions in the English language
- Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to present State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the time allowed for the specific State or County
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of restaurant management or restaurant experience preferred
