Shift Leader

Shift Leader at Urbane Cafe responsible for ensuring guests feel welcome, providing responsive service, motivating the team, leading by example, filling in as needed, running the shift to ensure breaks are taken, and assigning tasks while performing a fair share. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
