Job Summary
Lead swing shift operations, schedule assigned staff, and provide direction for clients and personnel in the absence of the Team Leader. Review and track staff progress notes, secure coverage for absent members, and coordinate medication runs. Carry a small caseload to deliver case management services and provide on-the-spot counseling consistent with program philosophy. Assist in staff performance evaluations, participate in hiring decisions for PM staff, and review all shift forms and SIRs. Attend to the safety and well-being of clients and staff while completing required paperwork. Provide after-hours on-call support for clients in crisis on a rotational basis. Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Compensation: $21.00 to $22.73 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduation or accredited GED program
- Minimum of 4 years of varied experience as a provider of mental health services
- Experience in positions with increasing leadership roles
- California driver's license
- Current vehicle insurance/registration
- Reliable means of transportation capable of passing vehicle safety inspection
