Shift Leader

Lead Crew Members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafe's core values, train and coach crew during each shift to uphold brand standards, ensure stations operate to standards, and manage labor and inventory. Deliver unparalleled hospitality to customers and provide ongoing coaching through the Café Basics and Certified Trainer programs. Requires prior experience as a Tropical Smoothie Cafe Crew Member and legal eligibility to work; physical duties include continuous standing/walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and multitasking in a fast-paced cafe environment. Shifts are typically six to eight hours with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; position involves lead responsibilities and adherence to uniform/personal hygiene policies.
