Shift Leader Trainee

Shift Leader Trainee role focused on developing into a Shift Leader within ~90 days. Responsibilities include serving as Manager on Duty in training, opening/closing the store, assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations, greeting Guests and delivering friendly service, operating the POS with cash handling and tender processing, staying current on required training and product knowledge, coaching and directing other sales associates when acting as MOD in training, maintaining a clean and safe environment, assisting with daily property upkeep, providing wrapping service for ABC products, assembling custom gift baskets, offering carryout service, unloading deliveries, merchandising and displaying products per guidelines, restocking from stockrooms, and performing other tasks as assigned. Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; and a commitment to ABC’s equal opportunity and safety standards.
