Job Summary
Shift Leader Trainee position responsible for gaining leadership experience and transitioning into a Shift Leader role within ~90 days. Key duties include serving as Manager on Duty in training, opening/closing the store, assisting management with operations, ensuring customer service excellence, operating POS with cash handling, maintaining housekeeping and safety standards, training and directing Team Members, merchandising, stocking, unloading deliveries, and supporting daily store maintenance. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule, 21+ years old, and a High School Diploma or GED plus prior leadership experience or relevant education. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of proven experience and/or training in a management or leadership role; at least 2 years of education from a college or technical school in Business Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand.
