Shift Leader

Conduct all Restaurant activities while on duty, ensuring team members perform responsibilities and meet expectations. Supervise fellow Team Members, monitor performance, and delegate tasks to ensure compliance with company and safety policies. Effectively plan, organize, and implement daily operational routines, including Ops Walks, Q&A checks, and closing/opening activities. Greet Guests, record orders, serve food and beverages, and handle complaints professionally. Train new and current Team Members, balance cash drawers, and ensure daily cleanliness through delegating table clearing, floor maintenance, and sanitization. Communicate performance issues to Management and maintain high productivity and morale.
