Shift Leader

Support operational excellence by role modeling and leading the team to deliver exceptional guest service. Train and coach new and existing employees while ensuring team members complete all assigned duties to serve safe, quality food and drinks. This role involves maintaining high standards across the restaurant floor to uphold the brand's commitment to America's favorite coffee and snacks. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.25 to $19.00 per hour plus tips, with flexible hours that work for you.
