Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and participate in food preparation, assembly, and packaging while issuing written and oral instructions to expedite workflow. Assign duties, examine work for conformance to policies, and coach employees on safety procedures. Reconcile daily receipts, record sales drops and banks, and address guest complaints or performance issues by communicating with management. Create and execute shift goals while maintaining high-level guest service standards. Requires a food handlers permit, three to six months of corporate restaurant experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Food handlers permit
- Three months to six months of practical experience in a corporate owned restaurant
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Highest commitment to quality customer service with the ability to work with a team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills, and have the ability to listen attentively to guests and team members
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, always looks for ways to improve and promote quality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, accomplish tasks without instruction and at times problem solve for the best solution
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to frequently move and/or lift product, containers etc from 10 to 50 pounds
