Job Summary
Directs, coordinates, and participates in food preparation, assembly, and packaging while issuing written and oral instructions to expedite workflow. Assigns duties, examines work for conformance to policies, and coaches employees on safety procedures. Reconciles daily receipts using cash control sheets and sales logs, records drops and banks, and addresses guest complaints or problems. Communicates performance issues to management and creates shift goals. Requires a food handlers permit, three to six months of corporate restaurant experience, and ability to lift 10 to 50 pounds. Competitive wages include up to $800 in incentive bonuses, pay every Friday, medical and dental benefits, 401k, childcare and education assistance, and free shift meals.
Required Qualifications
- Food handlers permit
- Three months to six months of practical experience in a corporate owned restaurant
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Highest commitment to quality customer service with the ability to work with a team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills, and have the ability to listen attentively to guests and team members
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, always looks for ways to improve and promote quality
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, accomplish tasks without instruction and at times problem solve for the best solution
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to frequently move and/or lift product, containers etc from 10 to 50 pounds
