SHIFT LEADER

Oversee shift operations, manage food quality and safety, and handle all cash transactions accurately. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining efficient service standards. Monitor team performance, maintain cost controls, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all daily activities. This role requires 6 months of restaurant industry experience, a Food Handler's Permit, and strong communication skills.
