SHIFT LEADER

Oversee shift operations and manage food quality, safety, and cost while ensuring accurate cash transactions and customer service. Handle customer complaints, resolve operational issues, and supervise team members to maintain efficiency and accuracy during service. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate reliability by showing up on time for scheduled shifts. This role requires a Food Handler's Permit and at least six months of restaurant industry experience.
