Job Summary
The Shift Leader position involves supporting the RGM by ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, training team members, and maintaining health and safety standards. It is a full-time entry-level role requiring reliable transportation and the ability to manage employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong preference for internal promote from Hourly Champion position
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to do basic business math
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to lift and carry out trash containers (up to 50 lbs)
- Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90% of shift time.
